Liza Wright, MAMFT

About Therapy.

Each session lasts around 50 minutes unless previously arranged (90 minute sessions are available). Fees are comparable with other professionals in the area with similar training and education. I do not accept insurance but I do use a sliding fee scale for clients who demonstrate financial need. I also see students, including those from Richmont, at a lower rate. The number of sessions are dependent on a case by case basis including goal attainment, severity of issues, individual readiness. My current office days are Monday and Tuesday at the Eastside Location and Wednesdays and Fridays at the Westside location. Select hours are available on some Saturdays and are usually reserved for families. Please call for more information about available session times.

I find the best therapy to be that in which you are able to develop and meet your goals- which will undoubtedly look different for each individual, thus my desire to be flexible and competent in using a more eclectic approach.  As a marriage and family therapist I frequently practice from a systems perspective but also may utilize cognitive behavioral, solution focused, narrative, humanistic, and expressive therapies.
