Welcome. If you or someone you know has interest in counseling, I offer a variety of services and have experience working with various concerns and diverse populations. If for some reason I'm not a good "fit" for you, I have a comprehensive list of of quality and trusted therapists or facilities that I can refer you to. If this is your first therapy experience or you have had negative ones in the past, I encourage you to not give up on the process. Your relational and emotional well being are an important part of the journey. Part coach, advisor, and encourager- I hope to help you create a safe environment to work through past hurts, establish attainable goals, and find renewed purpose and meaning in your life.
